At Covenant, we are passionate about the safety of all our members, visitors and servant leaders. All servant leaders are required to submit the following release form as a precaution to ensure the safety of those we serve and serve alongside.

A criminal background check is a ‘consumer report’ which is governed by the Fair Credit reporting act. Please note that Covenant Church does NOT pull any credit reports or credit information in this process, only criminal background information.
